New York City, 1972.
Between Central Park and the East River sits an apartment building as tall as a castle and as
orange as a sunset. The Wellraven barely pricks a skyline so grand, but its curious history
reaches out through occupants, young and old.
Eleven stories chronicle the life and times of characters who cross paths and share destiny’s fire
escape. Ghosts, gravity, romance, and secrets weave the communal narrative.
Step into the elevator. Push any button, but try to remember your way back out. Not everybody
makes it.

Thank you to Kimberly @ Caffeinated Reviewer for inviting us to join the audio blitz! Always a pleasure working with you.
Lots of Love,
I’m not usually much for short stories, but I wonder if it might be perfect as audio because it’s in nice, complete sound bites, easy to manage on a commute. Hmmmm. Thanks for sharing!
Hi there Terrie!
I’ve only listened to the first one and yes, it will be a good plan to listen to these for commuting!
1972 is an interesting time period, and I like that it’s set in a New York City apartment building
I’ve started listening to this one, but had app problems. Will hopefully get to continue with it somewhere as I really enjoyed the first bit!
Thank you for sharing this awesome anthology!
Hi there Kimberly!
Only a pleasure, I will still listen to all of these as time permits!
